神阙灸法治疗中风偏瘫临床观察

目的：观察神阙灸法治疗中风偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：收集60例气虚血瘀型的中风偏瘫惠者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例纳入观察。两组均予以西医常规治疗、中药补阳还五汤治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用神阙灸法。30d为1个疗程，共3个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候疗效、两组治疗前后运动功能、两组治疗前后日常生活活动能力评测及安全性评价。结果：①临床疗效比较：治疗组和对照组治愈率和显效率分别为70．0％、43．3％，有效率分别为96．7％、76．7％，有效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。②中医证候疗效比较：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别96．7％、93．3％，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。③两组治疗前后运动功能改善方面，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：神阙灸法治疗中风偏瘫，临床观察治疗组疗效优于对照组，疗效显著。

Tlinical Research Of Shenque Moxibustion In Treating Stroke Hemiplegia

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of shenque point moxibustion in treating stroke of hemiplegia. Methods ： 60 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia of qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases into obsen, ation. Both groups were treated by western medicine for routine therapy, buyanghuanwu decoction, treatment group with the method of moxibustion with shenque point Two groups of two treatments are 4 weeks, a total of three treatment course . Two groups of patients, observe clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome, and movement function of two groups before and after the treatment group, capacity evaluation and daily life activities of safety evaluation both before and after the treatment. Results： （1） the clinical curative effect comparison： heal rate of treatment group and control group was 70.0%, 43.3%, respectively, and the total effective rate was respectively 96.7% ,76.7%. it has significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） syndromes comparison： treatment group and control group total effectiveness and 93.3% , post operation were significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Both before and after the treatment group movement function improvement, the treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shenque point oxibustion treatment for stroke hemiplegia has the curative effect.
