加味芍药甘草汤治疗痔疮术后疼痛临床研究

目的：观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗痔疮术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法：将76例患者按随机数字表法平均分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用西药治疗，便后肛肠科常规坐浴换药；治疗组在对照组的基础上（停用止痛药）服用加味芍药甘草汤。两组均于术后1—5d连续观察每天排便及便后患者的疼痛指数。结果：治疗组与对照组的疼痛指数有显著差异，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：加味芍药甘草汤治疗痔术后疼痛，效果显著。

Clinical Curative Effect of Flavored Peony Liquorice Decoction in Treating Postoperative Pain Naevus

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of flavored peony liquorice decoction in treating postoperative pain naevus. Methods： 76 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by ditigal form method group, 38 eases in the eontrol were treated by western medicine therapy, then empress anus bowel division conventional sitz bath, 38 patients in the treatment group on the basis of the control group （stop） taking flavored shaoyao liquorice decoction. Both groups.at 1 -5 d daily bowel and eontinuous observation patient ＇ s pain dirtiness. Results ： Pain index of treatment group and control group of pain has significant differences in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Add flavor shaoyao liquorice decoction in the treatment of postoperative pain naevus is remarkable.
