| 摘 要： | 目的：比较抗艾滋病、抗肿瘤中药黄芪主、侧根中总皂苷的含量。方法：以黄芪甲苷为标准品绘制标准曲线,运用紫外分光光度法选择波长546nm对黄芪药材主、侧根中总皂苷的含量进行测定。结果：黄芪侧根总皂苷含量比主根平均高18.53%。结论：该研究对黄芪质量评价具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the content of total astragaloside in radix astragali tap root and lateral root.Methods：Use astragaloside as the indicators to plot the standard curve,determination of the content of total astragaloside in radix astragali tap root and lateral root by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at wavelength of 546 nm.Results：The average content of total astragaloside in lateral root higher than in tap root were 18.53%.Conclusion：The research with positive significance to the astragalus quality evaluation,and worth to be further studed. |
