| 摘 要： | 目的：从久病入络理论探讨糖尿病肾病的辨证分型治疗。方法：根据糖尿病肾病的病因病机，辨证分为三期治疗。早期用滋补肝肾，益气养阴，化瘀通络之法；中期用温肾健脾，益气活血之法；晚期用益气养血，化瘀散结，通腑泻浊之法。结果与结论：从络病论治糖尿病肾病疗效确切，适合临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the differentiation and treatment from a long illness of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： According to the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes nephrosis, syndrome differentiation were divided into three treatment. Early nourishing liver kidney, notifying qi and yin; remove stagnation, dredging, In the kidney, the middle of spleen qi, Late usufructuary gas blood, remove stagnation dissipating, heart-sweetening diarrhea polluted. Results and conclusion： From long disease differentiation of diabetic nephropathy is suitable for clinical application. |
