参麦注射液联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效观察

目的：观察参麦注射液与化学治疗（化疗）联用对中晚期癌症患者的治疗效果。方法：将42例中晚期癌症患者随机分为参麦联合化疗组及单纯化疗组。结果：参麦联合化疗组与单纯化疗组近期疗效差异无显著性（P≥0．05）。参麦联合化疗组生活质量明显高于单纯化疗组；单纯化疗组毒性反应明显高于参麦联合化疗组。结论：参麦注射液与化疗联用对中晚期癌症患者有减低毒性反应的作用，并且提高生活质量。

The Clinical Observations of Shenmai Injection Combined with Chemotherapy on Advanced Malignant Cancers

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with chemotherapy on treatment middle and advanced cancer. Methods： 42 patients with advanced cancer were divided into two groups：Shenmai Injection plus chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone. Results ： Comparing the Short - term Curative effect, There was no significant difference between Shenmai Injection plus chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group （P≥0. 05 ）. QOL of the combination therapy group were much higher than that of chemotherapy alone, But the combination therapy group was significantly lower than the chemotherapy alone in the toxic effect. Conclusion： Shenmai injection combination with chemotherapy can improve the life quality of patients with advanced cancer, and reduce the role of toxicity.
