川芎嗪合参麦注射液治疗肺心病急性发作期疗效观察

目的：观察川芎嗪合参麦注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为两组，对照组58例采用常规治疗，治疗组62例在对照组治疗的基础上采用川芎嗪合参麦注射液治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为93．55％，对照组为75．86％，两组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。治疗后两组血液流变学指标对比也有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：川芎嗪合参麦注射液治疗肺心病急性发作有显著疗效。

The Effects Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Chuanxong qin And Shenmai Injection In The Treatment Of Chronic Cor Pulmonale With Acute Episode

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of chuanxong qin and shenmai injection in the treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with acute episode. Methods： 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated by the conventional therapy, 62 cases in treatment group were treated by also chuanxong and shenmai injection on the basis of the control group therapy. Two group course was 15 d. Basically observing clinical curative effect of hemorheology and liver and kidney function, etc. Results： The total effective rate was respectively 93.55% and 75.86% , treatment group and control group for comparison have significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment, the two groups of hemorheology indices have significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Treatment by chuanxong and shenmai injection treatments cor pulmonale is acute onset remarkable curative effect.
