手法整复伸直位持续牵引固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折临床疗效观察

目的：探讨手法整复伸直位持续牵引固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：手法整复后,采用持续牵引伸直位固定,减少了固定过程中存在的不稳定因素,使骨折端保持良好的复位。固定28-42d后去除外固定行功能锻炼。结果：190例中治愈176例,占92.6%;好转14例,占7.4%;未愈0例。有效率100%。随访2.5a以上的156例,关节活动恢复正常。结论：该种固定方法的设计符合生物力学原理,使用方便,临床应用效果满意。

Manipulation and Continuous Traction Fixation at Extension Pos Ition Treating the Fifth Metacarpal Neck Fracture

Objective：To introduce the external fixation method treating the fifth metacarpal neck fracture.Methods：After restoration techniques,we use continuous traction at extension position,which decreases the factors ofinstability exist in the fixation process,to maintain a good fracture reduction.4-6 weeks later we remove the external fixation for functional training.Results：In 190 cases,176 cases was cured,accounting for 92.6% ;improved in 14 cases,accounting for 7.4% ;0 cases healed.The total effective rate was 100%.156 cases whom we fallowed up more than 30 months returned to normal state in the joint movement.Conclusion：This kind of fixation method is designed to meet the biomechanical principles and easy to use.We got satisfactory clinical applications.
