摘    要:目的:分析三氧化二砷治疗多发性骨髓瘤的作用机理。方法:综合分析有关三氧化二砷治疗多发性骨髓瘤的文献。结果与结论:三氧化二砷治疗多发性骨髓瘤的机理主要包括:抑制多发性骨髓细胞的增殖,并促进其凋亡;改变多发性骨髓性细胞基因表达并抑制其新生血管;影响其基质细胞增殖和分泌。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse the mechanism of arsenic trioxide treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods: A comprehensive analysis of the literature about arsenic trioxide on the treatment of multiple myeloma. Results and conclusion: The arsenic trioxide treatment of multiple myeloma mechanism was as follows: multiple bone marrow cell proliferation, and promote its apoptosis, change the multiple myeloma cells gene expression and its new blood vessels, Affect the secretion of cell proliferation and matrix.
