目的：观察亚健康状态从痰湿论治的临床疗效。方法：根据中医辨证分型,应用中药通过健脾化湿、化痰利湿、清热祛湿等方法,治疗亚健康状态。结果：辨证分型准确,疗程较短,临床疗效好,病人易于接受。结论：亚健康状态从痰湿辨证施治疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Experience From Treating Sub-Health on the Basis of Phlegmatic Hygrosis

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Treating Sub-health on the Basis of Phlegmatic Hygrosis.Method：According to traditional chinese medicine of syndromes,treat sub-health based on syndrome differentiation,using the approaches such as invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness,resolving phlegm and removing dampness,releasing heat and eliminating dampness,etc.Results：The Syndrome classification by differentiation is accurate.What＇s more,the Course of treatment is shorter and the clinical effect is better.As a result,it is easier for the patients to accept the therapy.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Treating Sub-health on the Basis of Phlegmatic Hygrosis is affirmed,so the approach is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
