乙肝患者的营养与膳食探讨

目的：探讨合理的营养与膳食在保肝疗法中的意义。方法：对乙肝患者的临床表现及发病机理进行相关分析,并根据中医的相关治疗措施,总结目前临床上治疗乙肝患者的饮食治疗原则。结果：大多数的乙肝患者能够认识到合理的膳食行为在保肝治疗中的重要性,但是在日常的饮食生活中不能很好的坚持与应用。结论：应采取多种形式对乙肝患者加强营养知识的宣传和膳食调养的正确引导。

Study on Ntrition and Det of Hepatitis B Patient

Objective：To explore reasonable nutrition and diet therapy in liver protection is important.Methods：Analyzed the associativity between hepatitis B patients with clinical manifestations and pathogenesis,summed up the current clinical treatment of hepatitis B patients diet therapy principles.Results：Most of the hepatitis B patients can recognize a reasonable dietary behavior in the importance of treatment for liver protection,but in the daily diet can not adhere well and application.Conclusion：Various forms for hepatitis B patients should be taken to enhance nutrition knowledge and dietary nursed back to health promotion in the correct guidance.
