中西医结合治疗脑梗塞临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合对脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：治疗组168例患者和对照组86例患者均采用：①血塞通400mg加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注;②三磷酸腺苷40mg、辅酶A100单位、胞二磷胆碱0.5mg、能量合剂1支、维生素C2g加入5%葡萄糖盐水液250mL中静脉滴注,每日1次。治疗组168个患者用丹参注射液40mL加入5%葡萄糖500mL中静脉滴注,每日1次;在服用华佗再造丸的同时,根据《中医内科学》辨证分型,共分风痰瘀血痹阻脉络、肝阳暴亢风火上扰、痰热腑实风痰上扰、气虚血瘀、阴虚风动5个类型辨证施治。对照组86例全部口服蚓激酶,每次2片,3次/d。2组患者用药均以7d为1个疗程,连用3个疗程观察疗效。同时要求病人耐心练习瘫痪肢体,加强功能活动,预防关节挛缩与静脉血栓形成。结果：治疗组总有效率为98.2%,对照组有效率为88.4%,2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑梗塞效果较好,明显优于单纯西药治疗组。

Clinical Research of Itcwm Cerebral Infarction with Tntegrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To study the effect ofintegrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating cerebral infarction.Methods：Common treatment ways of 168 and 86 patients of treatment group and control group were as follows：（1） the blood tong 400 mg plug join intravenous saline 250 mL drip,（2） Adenosine triphosphate 40 mg,coenzyme A100 u,cytidine diphosphate choline 0.5 mg,energy mixture 1,vitamin C 2 g join 5% salt glucose solution of 250 mL,drip,qd.168 patients in the treatment group treated with HDP 40 mL join 5% glucose injection 500 mL intravenous drip,qd,Taking the pill of huatuozaizao,syndrome differentiation ofinternal medicine were as folllows;the typification of wind sputum blood stasis,sudden hyperactivity of liver-yang wind fire obstructing the heart-mind,phlegmy heat in the fu organs and wind phlegmy obstructing the heart-mind,qi difficiency and blood stasis,Yin difficiency wind stirring.86 patients of control all taking hemangioblastomas kinase,2 pills,three times a day.Two groups of patients with 7 d drug treatment for a period.While patients should strengthen paralyzed body and do practice activities,prevent joints contracture function with venous thrombosis.Results：the total effective rate in treatment group and control group total is respectively 98.2% 88.3%,2 group total effectiveness is significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating cerebral infarctionwas significantly better than pure western medicine group.
