北五味子与南五味子的鉴别

目的：探讨北五味子与南五味子的差别。方法：利用药材性状、显微特征、薄层色谱（TLC）及高效液相色谱（HPLC）定性等手段，对两药进行鉴别。结果：从性状看，北五味子果大肉厚质柔润，种子发亮有光泽；而南五味子粒小肉薄显干瘪，种子粗糙无光泽。就显微特征来讲，北五味子果皮表皮细胞壁增厚；南五味子果皮表皮细胞壁不增厚。又经TLC及HPLC色谱分析表明，北五味子含有五味子乙素，南五味子则不合这种物质。结论：南五味子所含成分及药性，与北五味子存在显著差异，认为不可替代北五味子药用。两种药材应分开入药。

Schisandra chinensis and South Schisandra identification

Objective ： Searching for identification Schisandra chinensis and South Schisandra effective way. Methods ： Using the medicinal properties, microscopic characteristics, TLC and HPLC chromatographic characterization and other means to identify the two drugs. Results： From the trait perspective, Schisandra fruit large, Flesh thiek, Quality soft, Seeds with a shiny; South Schisandra is singly small, flesh thin, looked withered, seeds there is no gloss rough. In terms of the microscopic eharacteristics, Schisandra chinensis pericarp epidermis cell wall thickening; South Schisandra pericarp epidermis cell walls are not thickened. Also by TLC and HPLC chroma- tographic analysis showed that Schisandra chinensis contains Sehisandrin. South schisandra without the substance. Conclusion： South Sehisandra contains ingredients and there was a significant difference in Schisandra. South Schisandra medicinal that can not replace Schisandra ehinensis . Two kinds of medicinal herbs should be separated.
