银杏叶对原发性高血压早期肾损害的临床研究

目的：探讨银杏叶提取物（Ginkgobiboa leaf tablet GLT）对原发性高血压患者早期肾损害的影响。方法：选择80例原发性高血压合并有微量蛋白尿患者，随机分为对照组（n=40）和治疗组（n=40），对照组给予福辛普利钠10mg，po，qd，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用GLT19．2mg，po，tid，治疗4月，观察治疗前后血压及尿微量蛋白值，并进行比较。结果：两组治疗后血压均明显下降（P〈0．01），微量蛋白尿排泄均减少（P〈0．01），但治疗组与对照组比较差异显著（P〈0．05），且治疗组TG、Tc、Cr下降（P〈0．05），HDL升高（P〈0．01），与对照组比较，P〈0．05。结论：福辛普利钠和GLT可有效减少高血压患者微量蛋白尿排泄，防治早期肾损害。

Clinical Study of Fosinopril Additionl Extract of Ginkgobilboa Leaf on Early Stage Renal Injury caused by Primary Hypertension

Objective： To study the effect of Ginkgobiboa leaf tablet （GLT） on early stage of renal injury in patients with hypertension. Method： Eighty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （n = 40） and the treated group （n =40）. Patients in both groups received fosinopril 10mg qd,while additionl 19.2mg GLT was orally taken by patients in the treated group, three times per day , for four months, Blood pressure and urine microalbumin were determined before and after the treatment. Result： After treatment, the blood pressure of patients in two groups were all lowed obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）, the excretion of mieroalbuminuria was reduced obviously （P 〈 0.01 ） , with significant difference in the treated group after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, and TG,TC,Cr were decreased （P 〈0.05） ,HDL was increased （P 〈0.01 ） in the treated group. Conclusion： Fosinopril additional GLT can reduce the excretion of urine microalbumin of patients with hypertension effectively, and it can prevent and treat early stage of renal injury caused by primary hypertension.
