中西医结合治疗脑卒中并发呃逆临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中并发呃逆的疗效。方法：治疗组25例在西医基础治疗的同时加用中风醒脑口服液鼻饲或口服,以及针刺攒眉穴。对照组25例在西医基础治疗的同时用氯丙嗪肌注。记录治疗前及治疗1天、3天、5天、7天呃逆症状评分。结果：总有效率治疗组92%、对照组56%,两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。两组治疗1天时呃逆症状评分比较无统计学意义,治疗3天后治疗组呃逆症状评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑卒中呃逆疗效更好。

Clinical Study on Stroke Complicated with Hiccup Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on stroke complicated with hiccup treated by combination of TCM and western medicine. Method： 25 cases were treated with Zhongfeng Xingnao Oral Liquid by nasal feeding or oral administration and acupuncture on point Cuanmei additionally based on western medicine basic treatment as the study group while 25 cases were treated with Chlorpromazine by the intramuscular injection based on western medicine basic treatment as the control group. The hieeeup symptom score of both groups was recorded at different time point of pretreatment and 1,3, 5,7 d after treatement. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 92% while that of the control group was 56%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. At the time point of 1 d after treatmnet, there was no statistical significance betweent the two groups and at the time point of 3 d after treatmnet, the hicccup symptom score of study group was significant lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has better therapeutic effect on stroke complicated with hiccup.
