| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清TNFα及IL1β的水平变化及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法测定66例冠心病病人血清TNFα及IL1β水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果:冠心病病人TNFα及IL1β水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),同时观察到病情加重,血清TNFα及IL1β水平增高。结论:冠心病病人存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,TNFα及IL1β水平增高可能与其发生,发展有关,并可作为病情判断及疗效的观察指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of TNF-α,IL-1β level inserum of patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical meaning.Methods The level of serum TNF-α,IL-1β in 66 cases of coronary heart disease were detected by ELISA,and the data were compared with control group.Results Serum TNF-α,IL-1 β levels in coronary heart disease patients were significantly higher than controlgroup and related to severe of the disease.Conclusion It suggested that immunedysfunction exist in patients with coronary heart disease,higher level of TNF-α,IL-1 β would associate with development of the coronary heart disease,and it can bea new indicator of coronary heart disease. |
