严重胸部外伤的紧急处理32例报告

目的：分析重胸部外伤的紧急处理，并总结手术适应证。方法：回顾1987－01－1999－12我院收治严重胸部外伤32例，分析临床资料，治疗方法及结果，结果：27例完全恢复5例死亡，全组死亡率18．5％，结论：严重胸外伤的紧急处理措施; 持通畅的呼吸道，维持正常的通气和给氧，气管切开，机械正在呼吸；防止休克发生；维护心泵功能，有手术适应证者及时手术。

Emergent treatment of serious chest trauma: Report of 32 cases

Objective: To analyse the emergent treatment of serious chest trauma and sum up the operation indications. Method: Thirty-two cases of serious chest trauma admitted and treated in the hospital from January, 1987 to December, 1999 were reviewed and the clinical materials, treatment methods and results were analysed.Results: Twenty -seven patients had the total recovery and final death occurred in 5 patients with a death rate of 18.5%. Conclusion: Emergent measures for serious chest trauma are:keep the respiratory tract unobstructed, keep normal ventilation and oxygen supply, perform tracheotomy, give mechanical positive pressure respiration; prevent shock; maintain functions of the heart pump; perform prompt operations on patients with operation indication.
