仙灵骨葆改善去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠松质骨骨质量的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨仙灵骨葆对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠松质骨骨质量的影响。方法:将40只Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、倍美力组和仙灵骨葆组,每组10只。正常组仅行假手术,其余3组行卵巢切除术,术后91 d开始给药,连续90 d,处死,取出腰椎,用电镜观察第2、3腰椎形态结构,测定第2、3腰椎的骨质密度、第2腰椎骨质的钙、磷、有机质含量,并进行第3腰椎骨质的生物力学性能测定与分析。结果:仙灵骨葆能明显提高大鼠第2、3腰椎骨的骨质密度和第2腰椎骨质钙、磷含量,调整有机质含量,修复骨小梁三维结构,改善第3腰椎骨生物力学性能。结论:仙灵骨葆能够提高去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠松质骨的骨质量。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule(XGC) on the bone quality of the ovaricetomized osteoporosis of rats. Methods: The 40 wistar female rats aged 10 months were divided randomly into 4 groups as normal(false operation) , model, Premarin and XGC group, 10 rats each group. Except for the normal group, the rats in other 3 groups were ovarectomized. At the 91th day after the operation, all the rats were given the medicines for 90 days and then killed. The lumbar vertebrae were taken out and the morphological structures of the lumbar vertebra 2-3 were observed with scanning electron microscopy; the bone density of the 2nd-3rd lumbar vertebra, the contents of calcium, phosphorus and organic matters in the 2nd lumbar vertebra were determined, and the biomechanics property of the 3rd lumbar vertebra were measured and analyzed. Results: XGC could significantly raise the bone density of the 2nd-3rd lumbar vertebra and the contents of calcium and phosphorus in the 2nd lumbar vertebra, and regulate the level of organic matters, repair the three dimensional structure of bone trabecula and improve the biomechanical properties of the 3rd lumbar vertebra. Conclusion: The bone quality of the cancellous bone of oveariectomzedr rats can be improved by XGC.
