| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电化学疗法对恶性淋巴瘤的作用。方法：将移植复制B细胞淋巴瘤小鼠随机分成对照组、单纯电脉冲组、单纯化疗组和电脉冲与化疗药物结合组，即口服亚剂量化疗药物30min后直接通过铂金电极电刺激肿瘤组织，治疗1周后观察肿瘤大小、转移及存活情况。结果：电化学疗法合用比单纯化疗组抑制肿瘤效果显著，且病死率明显降低。结论：电化学疗法有助于化疗药物对肿瘤组织的作用，降低化疗药物的不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of electrochem athemotherapy on the treatment of malignant lymphoma. Methods: The B-lymphoma mice were randomly divided into control group, simple electropulse group, simple chemotherapy group and electrochemotherapy group which means directly stimulated the tumor tissues by electric pulses after taken sub-dose chemical drugs 30 minutes. Tumor size, metastasis and survival situation were detected 1 week after treatment. Results: The inhibitive effect of electrochemotherapy was better than those of simple electropulses and simple chemotherapy and the mortality rate of mice was significantly lower in this group. Conclusion: Electric pulses combined with chemotherapy redound to chemotherapy of tumors and reduce the side effects. |
