| 摘 要： | 以葡聚糖凝胶G50作填料,用体积—排阻色谱法分离细胞色素C中的大分子蛋白。经豚鼠过敏试验证实,此大分子蛋白具有致敏性,当制品中大分子蛋白的量超过10％时,过敏试验呈阳性反应。此法快速、简便、重现性好,可检测细胞色素C中的致敏性杂质。

| Abstract: | The size-exclusion ctaomalography was developed for determination of high molecular weight protein containing in Cytochrome C using sephadex G50 (superfine) gel column. It finds that allergy is induced by high molecular weight protein, which contrast with Guinea pig test. When this protein more than 10%, the allergy produces positive reaction. This method is rapidity, simplicity and good reproducibility. It may be monitor the quality of Cytochrome C. |
