护理风险管理减少产后出血效果探讨

目的 分析及探索护理风险管理在减少产后出血中的效果,旨在为产科护理管理工作提供有效依据.方法 收集2013年11月至2015年11月本院产科接诊的拟行阴道分娩的120例产妇进行临床研究,按照随机、对照、双盲的原则将其分成对照组与管理组,各60例.对照组给予常规护理管理模式进行管理,管理组采用护理风险管理模式进行管理.观察和记录两组第3产程时间、产后24 h出血量、产后出血发生率及护理满意度,并进行比较分析.结果 管理组第3产程时间(6.51±2.43)min]、产后24 h出血量(182.16±21.43) ml]、产后出血发生率(1.67％)均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);管理组护理满意度(98.33％)显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 护理风险管理模式能够有效降低产妇的产后出血风险,提高产妇的护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广.

Nursing risk management for reducing postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To provide some references for nursing management at department of obstetrics analyzing the effect of nursing risk management for reducing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 120 puerperae undergoing vaginal delivery at our hospital from November,2013 to November,2015 were collected for clinical study and were randomly divided into a control group and a management group according to randomized,controlled,and double-blind principle,60 for each group.The control group were managed with routine nursing management mode and the management group with nursing risk management mode.The time of third stage of labor,the hemorrhage volume 24 h after delivery,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and recorded and comparatively analyzed.Results The time of third stage of labor was (6.51±2.43) min,the hemorrhage volume 24 h after delivery (182.16±21.43) ml,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage 1.67％ in the management group,which were lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree was 98.33％ in the management group,whcih was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the puerperae's nursing satisfaction degree,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
