眼内窥镜辅助下玻璃体切割手术治疗重症眼外伤患者围手术期的护理经验总结

目的 探讨眼内窥镜辅助下玻璃体切割手术治疗重症眼外伤患者围手术期的护理经验.方法 选择2013年12月至2015年5月在本院进行眼内窥镜辅助下玻璃体切割手术治疗重症眼外伤患者44例,回顾性分析患者手术前后全程护理干预措施、方法,观察患者护理前后视力改变情况,并总结护理方法.结果 术后随访3个月,41例患者视力有所提高,3例患者未改变但眼压控制在正常范围内.结论 针对行眼内窥镜辅助下玻璃体切割术的重症眼外伤患者实施合理有效的护理措施,能够有效提高患者视力,控制眼压,预防感染,值得临床推广.

Experience of perioperative nursing in patients with severe ocular trauma treated with endoscopic assisted vitrectomy

Objective To explore the nursing experience of patients with severe ocular trauma treated with endoscopic assisted vitrectomy.Methods 44 cases of severe ocular trauma treated at our hospital from December,2013 to May,2015 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.Results The patients were followed up 3 months after operation.The visual acuity was improved in 41 patients and not in the other 3 but their intraocular pressures were controlled in normal range.Conclusions Endoscopic assisted vitrectomy combined with effective nursing care for patients with severe ocular trauma can effectively improve their visual acuity,control their intraocular pressure,and prevent infection,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
