小陷胸汤联合苇茎汤治疗肺癌并发恶性腔积液的效果

摘    要:目的 探讨小陷胸汤联合苇茎汤治疗肺癌并发恶性胸腔积液的临床效果.方法 从本院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的肺癌并发恶性胸腔积液患者中随机选择100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别给予常规西医治疗和小陷胸汤联合苇茎汤治疗.观察比较两组治疗效果.结果 两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05);观察组胸腔积液缓解效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组QLQ-C30各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 小陷胸汤联合苇茎汤治疗肺癌并发恶性胸腔积液可以有效控制积液情况,改善患者临床症状,效果确切,值得推广.

Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with reed rhizorme decoction in treatment of lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion
Abstract:Objective To explore clinical effect of Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with reed rhizorme decoction in the treatment of lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion.Method 100 patients with lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion treated at our hospital from May,2011 to May,2013 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group were treated with western medicine and the observation group Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with reed rhizorme decoction.The treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results There was statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups (P<0.05).The remission rate of pleural effusion of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the treatment (P<0.0(5)).Conclusions Xiaoxianxiong decoction combined with reed rhizorme decoction in the treatment of lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion can effectively control the fluid situation and improve the patients' clinical symptoms and is effective and worth being generalized.
