牙体牙髓病治疗过程中采用利多卡因与阿替卡因麻醉的效果

目的 探讨牙体牙髓病治疗过程中采用利多卡因与阿替卡因麻醉的效果.方法 选取2015年2月至12月本院接收的牙髓病患者80例,根据治疗麻醉药物的不同分为阿替卡因组与利多卡因组.两组均进行局部浸润麻醉,观察两组麻醉效果.结果 阿替卡因组上、下颌牙麻醉有效率分别为95.2％、79.3％,利多卡因组分别为83.3％、32.1％(x2=7.38、45.14,P＜0.05);阿替卡因组上颌有效率为95.2％,利多卡因组为83.3％,两组下颌麻醉有效率分别为79.3％、32.1％(x 2=11.36、53.70,P＜0.05);同时阿替卡因组疼痛程度、麻醉起效时间分别为(1.32±0.42)分、(2.32±0.41) min,利多卡因组分别为(2.56±0.89)分、(7.52±0.63) min(t=-7.97、-43.75,P＜0.05).结论 牙体牙髓病治疗采用阿替卡因进行局部浸润麻醉,效果显著,疼痛轻微,具有推广价值.

Anesthesia effect of lidocaine and articaine in treatment for endodontic disease

Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of lidocaine and articaine in the treatment for endodontic disease.Methods 80 patients with endodontic disease treated at our hospital from February to December,2015 were selected and divided into an articaine group and a lidocaine group.Local infiltration anesthesia was applied.The clinical effect was observed.Results The anesthesia effects in upper and lower teeth were better in the articaine group than in the lidocaine group (P＜0.05);the anesthesia effect was better in upper than lower teeth (P＜0.05);the pain degree was better in the articaine group than in the lidocaine group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Local infiltration anesthesia with articaine in the treatment for endodontic disease is obviously effective and can relieve the patient's pain,so it is worth being generalized.
