早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜患者术后腹胀的影响分析

目的 探讨早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜患者术后腹胀的影响.方法 随机抽取2013年8月至2014年8月来我院妇科行腹腔镜手术患者350例作为研究对象,按护理方式的不同,将接受常规护理的175例患者作为对照组,将接受早期护理干预的175例患者作为观察组,观察对比两组患者的术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间,并统计记录其术后腹胀发生情况.结果 观察组肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均较对照组短,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组腹胀发生率为14.29％,对照组腹胀发生率为49.14％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在妇科腹腔镜手术中实施早期护理干预可促进产妇康复,减少术后腹胀的发生,值得临床推广应用.

Analysis of the influence of early nursing intervention for abdominal distension of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective To investigate the influence of early nursing intervention for abdominal distension of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 350 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from August,2013 to August,2014 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group (175 cases,receiving the routine nursing) and observation group (175 cases,receiving the early nursing intervention) according to the different nursing methods.Then,the anus exhaust time after operation,the recovery time of bowel sound of two groups were observed and compared,and the incidence of abdominal distension after operation were recorded.Results The anal exhaust time and the recovery time of bowel sounds after the operation in observation group were shorter than those in control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in observation group was 14.29％,and 49.14％ in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions In gynecological laparoscopic surgery,the implementation of early nursing intervention can promote maternal rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension,worthy to be applied in the clinical.
