曼月乐宫内节育器治疗子宫腺肌症的长期随访调查结果分析

摘    要:目的 探讨曼月乐宫内节育器治疗子宫腺肌症长期观察效果.方法 选取2012年2月至2013年4本院收治的60例子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象,采用曼月乐宫内节育器治疗,并定期随访12个月.比较治疗前、治疗后1、3、6、12个月月经量、子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度、血清CA125、血红蛋白、痛经、不良反应及治疗效果.结果 放置曼月乐宫内节育器后患者相关临床症状均有明显改善,与放置前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);放置曼月乐宫内节育器后3、6、12个月患者临床症状改善情况明显优于放置后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);放置后6、12个月治疗总有效率明显高于放置后1、3个月,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 曼月乐宫内节育器治疗子宫腺肌症可改善患者临床症状,随着治疗时间延长改善效果越明显,治疗总有效率越高,临床中长期治疗可获得显著治疗效果且安全性较高.

Analysis of the long-term follow-up survey for Mirena intrauterine device in the treatment of adenomyosis
Abstract:Objective To investigate the long-term effect of Mirena intrauterine device (IUD) in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 60 cases of adenomyosis in our hospital from Feb.2012 to Apr.2013 were selected as the object of study,underwent Mirena IUD treatment and regular follow-up of 12 months.Compared the menstrual volume,uterine volume,endometrial thickness,serum CA125,hemoglobin,dysmenorrhea before treatment and 1,3,6,12 months after treatment,recorded adverse reactions and treatment effect.Results Clinical symptoms of patients obviously improved after placing Mirena IUD,with statistically significant differences compared to those before treatment (P<0.05); clinical symptoms of patients 3,6,12 months after treatment were significantly better than those 1 month after treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total efficiency 6,12 months after treatment were significantly higher than those 1,3 months after treatment,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Mirena IUD in the treatment of adenomyosis can improve clinical symptoms of patients,with prolonged treatment time,the improvement effect are more obvious,the efficiency is the higher,and can obtain obvious therapeutic effect and high safety in clinical long-term treatment.
