静注人免疫球蛋白联合血必净注射液治疗发热伴血小板减少综合征中的治疗价值分析

目的 探讨静注入免疫球蛋白联合血必净注射液治疗发热伴血小板减少综合征的治疗效果.方法 将60例发热伴血小板减少综合征的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用基础治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上静注人免疫球蛋白联合血必净注射液治疗,比较两者的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗第3d、第7d的SIRS改善率(93.3％、100.0％)高于对照组(83.3％、93.3％),治疗第3d、第7d的DIC评分[(1.30±0.31)分、(0.85±0.17)分]低于对照组[(1.50±0.44)分、(1.15±0.30)分],住院时间[(8.25±3.26)d]少于对照组[(12.56± 3.96)d],差异有统计学意义(x2=4.75、4.13,t=2.04、2.47、5.79,P＜0.05).观察组治疗后5d、7d的血小板计数[(164.25 ± 16.85)× 109/L、(178.22 ± 14.92)× 109/L]高于对照组[(72.36 ± 17.21)× 109/L、(112.56± 20.34)× 109/L],差异有统计学意义(t=4.98、6.71,P＜0.05).结论 静注人免疫球蛋白联合血必净注射液治疗能够提高发热伴血小板减少综合征的治疗效果,显著改善患者的血小板计数,改善患者的症状,值得推广.

Intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin combined with Xuebijing injection in treatment of fever complicated with thrombocytopenia syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of the intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of fever complicated with thrombocytopenia syndrome.Methods 60 patients with fever complicated with thrombocytopenia syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received basic treatment;in addition,the observation group were intravenously injected human immunoglobulin and Xuebijing injection.The therapeutic effect were compared between these two groups.Results Day 3 and 7 of the treatment,the SIRS improvement rates were 93.3％ and 100.0％ in the observation treatment group and were 83.3％ and 93.3％ in the control group and the DIC scores were (1.30±0.31) and (0.85±0.17) in the observation group and were (1.50±0.44) and (1.15±0.30) in the control group,and thelength of hospital stay was (8.25 + 3.26) in the observation group and was (12.56±3.96) in the control group,with statistical differences (x2=4.75,4.13,t=2.04,2.47,5.79,P＜0.05).5 and 7 days after the treatment,the platelet counts (164.25±6.85) × 109/L and (178.22± 14.92) × 109/L in the observation group and were (72.36±17.21) × 109/L and (112.56±20.34) × 109/L in the control group,with statistical differences (t=4.98,6.71,P＜0.05).Conclusions Intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin combined with Xuebijing injection can improve the treatment effect of fever with thrombocytopeniasyndrome;it significantly improves the platelet counts of patients and the patient's symptoms and is worth being generalized.
