经食管心脏电生理检查诊断快速心律失常的临床效果

目的 探究经食管心脏电生理检查诊断快速心律失常的临床效果.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法,对2013年10月至2015年10月在本院接受治疗的60例快速心律失常患者的临床资料进行研究分析,对这60例患者给予经食管心脏电生理检查,探究其临床诊断效果.结果 经过食管心脏电生理检查诊断,可以发现在这60例患者中,21例为房室结双径路,9例为房室旁路,9例为室内心动过速,7例为2:1房扑,5例为房性心动过速,6例为预激合并室上性心动过速;本次研究中检出快速心率失常患者57例,检出率达到95.0％.结论 经食管心脏电生理检查诊断快速心律失常患者能够有效诊断出快速心率失常症状,并做出科学分型,检出率较高,且具有一定的安全性与有效性,临床诊断效果显著,可以在临床医学中推广应用.

Esophageal cardiac electrophysiology examination in diagnosis of tachyarrhythmia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of esophageal cardiac electrophysiology examination in the diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with tachyarrhythmia treated at our hospital from October,2013 to October,2015 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients took esophageal cardiac electrophysiology examination.The clinical diagnostic effect was explored.Results Esophageal cardiac electrophysiology diagnosis showed that among the 60 patients,21 got dual atrioventricular nodal pathway,9 accessory atrioventricular pathway,9 ventricular tachycardia,7 2:1 atrial flutter,5 atrial tachycardia,and 6 preexcitation complicated with supraventricular tachycardia;57 cases got tachy arrhythmia,with a detection rate of 95.0％.Conclusions Esophageal electrophysiological examination in the diagnosis of tachyarrhythmia is effective and safe and can make a scientific classification,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
