正畸-种植联合治疗成人牙齿缺失的临床研究

目的 针对需种植义齿修复患者的特点制定个性化矫治和修复方案,探讨种植义齿修复患者联合正畸治疗的特点和必要性.方法 收集18例长期牙齿缺失病例(25颗种植体),利用正畸方法获得足够的种植修复空间后行缺牙区种植修复.结果 18例患者均通过正畸治疗(集中或开辟修复间隙、压低伸长磨牙、解除前牙反合等方式)获得足够的种植修复空间,牙种植骨整合成功,磨牙尖牙关系、复合覆盖关系均达到正常.结论 利用正畸-种植联合治疗,可以扩大种植治疗适应症,取得良好的效果.

Clinical research of orthodontic-implant combination therapy in adult patients with missing teeth

Objective To discuss the characteristics and necessity of orthodontic-implant combination therapy,the individualized treatment and rehabilitation program for patients.Methods 18 cases of missing teeth (25 implants) were collected,and treated with orthodontic treatment to obtain sufficient implant space before implant restoration.Results Sufficient restoration space was obtained by orthodontic treatment (centralizing or opening up space,super-erupt molar intrusion,anterior teeth reverse deep bite correction).Implant osseointegration was successful,molar and cuspid relationship,overbite and overjet relationship became normal.Conclusion With the use of orthodontic technique,good conditions could be provided for implant restoration,and implant indications could be expanded to improve implant quality and success rate.
