摘    要:目的 探讨同步教学模式在高职基础护理教学中的应用.方法 选取本校护理系2012级普通专科1、2班作为实验组,采用“理论—实训室—临床见习”同步教学模式,2012级普通专科3、4班作为对照组,采用传统“医学基础课程—专业课程—临床实习”模式,比较两组学生对教学效果的评价及综合考核成绩.结果 采用同步教学法的实验组学生,96.6%认为理论知识的掌握情况较好、93.1%认为自主学习情况好、94.8%认为能较好激发学习兴趣、98.2%认为有较好的职业认同感,临床综合考核成绩为(91.23±2.04)分,均优于对照组.结论 “理论—实训室—临床见习”同步教学模式有利于提高护生的学习效果.

Application of synchronous teaching mode in basic nursing teaching of higher vocational colleges
Abstract:Objective To explore the application of synchronous teaching mode in basic nursing teachingof higher vocational colleges.Methods The students from class 1 and class 2 of 2012 general academy wereselected as an experimental group and synchronous teaching mode of "theory-training room-clinical probation"was adopted.The students from class 3 and class 4 of 2012 general academy were selected as a control groupand traditional teaching mode of "medical basic courses-medical professional courses-clinical practice" wasadopted.The commentary on teaching result and comprehensive evaluation results were compared betweenthese two group students.Results 96.6% students adopting synchronous teaching method thought that theycommanded the theoretical knowledge well;93.1% students thought their autonomous learning wass good;94.8%students believed this method could stimulated their study interest well;and 98.2% students had better professionalsense of approval.The clinical comprehensive evaluation results of the experimental group (91.23±2.04) werebetter than that of the control group (86.76±4.95).Conclusion Synchronous teaching mode of "theory-trainingroom-clinic probation" is beneficial for improving the learning effect of nursing students.
