手术室护理人员对优质护理内涵的认知调查研究

目的 观察手术室护理人员对优质护理内涵认知情况.方法 选择本院手术室护理人员作为研究对象,制定调查问卷,分别对6大问题(优良服务态度、满足手术患者需求、健康教育、精湛技术及专业知识、优良职业素养、和谐医护及患者之间关系)进行调查,统计护理人员对优质护理内涵认知情况,并统计分析相关因素.结果 本研究共发放调查问卷68份,回收68份,回收率100.0％;68位护理人员,52位认可,占76.5％;16位尚未达到认可,占23.5％.进一步分析,护理人员文化程度、职称及护龄为对优质护理内涵认知相关因素.结论 优质护理对患者具有重要临床价值,部分护理人员优质护理内涵有待提高,做好更深层次人文关怀及提供人性化服务.

Cognition of high quality nursing connotation in nursing staff at operation room

Objective To observe the cognition of high quality nursing connotation in nursing staff at operation room.Methods The nursing staff at operation room at our hospital were selected as study objects;and survey questionnaires,including six big problems,such as good service attitude,meeting the needs of patients undertaking operation,health education,superb technology and professional knowledge,good occupation accomplishment,and harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,were used to investigate the nursing staff.The cognition of high quality nursing connotation and related factors were statistically analyzed.Results 68 copies of questionnaires were issued and all 68 copies were recovered,with a recovery rate of 100.0％.Among the 68 nurses,52 agreed,accounting for 76.5％,and 16 did not,accounting for 23.5％.Further analysis showed that nursing staff's education level,professional title,and nursing age were related factors on the quality of nursing connotation.Conclusions The high quality of nursing care has important clinical value,but some nursing staff's high quality nursing connotation need to be improved.A deeper level of humanistic care has to be done and humanized service provided.
