隐睾患者采取经阴囊联合经脐腹腔镜隐睾无瘢痕下降固定术的治疗效果探讨

目的 探讨隐睾患者采取经阴囊联合经脐腹腔镜隐睾无瘢痕下降固定术的治疗效果.方法 选取2014年2月至2015年2月我院收治的62例隐睾患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法,有31例患者采取开放手术治疗(对照组),有31例患者采取经阴囊联合经脐腹腔镜隐睾无瘢痕下降固定术治疗(观察组),对两组患者的临床效果进行统计对比.结果 观察组有效率为96.77％,略高于对照组的90.32％,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组术中出血量较对照组低,手术时间、住院时间较对照组短,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率为0％,低于对照组的6.45％,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对隐睾患者的治疗,采取经阴囊联合经脐腹腔镜隐睾无瘢痕下降固定术可取得较好效果,可促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用.

Application effect of scrotal umbilical laparoscopic unscarred cryptorchidism drop fixation therapy in patients with cryptorchidism

Objective To investigate the application effect of scrotal umbilical laparoscopic unscarred cryptorchidism drop fixation therapy in patients with cryptorchidism.Methods 62 patients with cryptorchidism in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as study object,and randomly divided into control group (31 patients treated with open surgery) and observation group (31 patients treated with scrotal umbilical laparoscopic unscarred cryptorchidism drop fixation therapy).Compared clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group was 96.77％,higher than 90.32％ of control group,without statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).The blood loss,operation time,and hospital-stay time of observation group were all better than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05);the complication rate of observation group was 0％,lower than 6.45％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Scrotal umbilical laparoscopic unscarred cryptorchidism drop fixation therapy has good clinical efficacy in patients with cryptorchidism,which can improve patients' recovery,and should be widely applied in clinic.
