腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者效果观察及对胃肠功能的影响

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者效果及对胃肠功能的影响.方法 选取本院子宫内膜癌患者98例,随机分为对照组(n=49)和研究组(n=49).研究组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用开腹手术治疗.对比分析两组患者手术指征、术后胃肠功能恢复及术后并发症发生情况.结果 两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间明显优于对照组,术中淋巴结清扫数少于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者术后胃肠功能恢复明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组并发症发生率为12.24％,低于对照组的32.65％ (P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者效果明显,且能够明显改善患者胃肠功能.

Laparoscopic surgery in treatment of early endometrial carcinoma and its effect on gastrointestinal function

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma and its effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods 98 patients with endometrial cancer were randomly divided into a control group (n=49) and a study group (n=49).The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery and the control group open surgery.The operation indications,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,and postoperative complications of these two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistical difference in operation time between these two groups (P＞0.05).The time for off-bed activity and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter,the number of lymph lobes clearing during operation was smaller,the intra-operative bleeding volume was lower,the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovered significantly better,and the incidence of complications (12.24％ vs.32.65％) was lower in the study group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial cancer patients is obviously effective and can significantly improve the patients' gastrointestinal function.
