小儿白血病PICC置管患者的延续性护理

目的 探讨延续护理在小儿白血病PICC置管中的应用.方法 选取本院2013年7月至2015年7月携带PICC置管出院的小儿白血病患者47例,观察组26例实施延续护理,对照组21例实施常规护理.结果 观察组患儿的满意度、按时维护率、脱管率、肢体活动的依从性分别为92.3％、92.3％、0.0％、84.6％,对照组患者分别为81.3％、76.2％、18.7％、38.1％;两组比较,差异有统计学意义.结论 对比得出延续性护理在小儿白血病PICC置管患者中的并发症预防方面起到较好作用,值得推广.

Continuous nursing care for children with leukemia undertaking PICC

Objective To evaluate the application effect of continuous nursing in childhood leukemia patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods The study enrolls 47 discharged childhood leukemia patients with PICC consecutively from July 2013 to July 2015.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.26 cases in the observation group were provided continuous nursing and 21 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing care,comparing the nursing effect between the two groups.Results The satisfaction degree was 92.3％ in the observation group and 81.3％ in the control group.The incidence of complications of PICC was lower and the children's compliance was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The rates of maintenance on schedule and catheter slippage and the compliance of limb activity were 92.3％,0.0％,84.6％ in the observation group and were 76.2％,18.7％,and 38.1％ in the control group.Conclusion Continuous nursing care for children with leukemia undertaking PICC is effective in the prevention of complications,so it is worth being generalized.
