104例急性农药中毒护理经验分析

目的 探讨不同护理干预方式对急性农药中毒患者预后的影响.方法 采用回顾性分析方法,收集104例在我院明确诊断为急性农药中毒并住院治疗的患者,对其一般资料、护理干预方式以及住院状况等进行比较.结果 (1)急性农药中毒患者每年病例数呈逐渐减少趋势,男女之间比例接近,发病患者以中年人群为主.入院时三个时间段患者的生命体征组间无统计学差异.(2)患者的每日平均病情观察时间、每日平均基础护理次数以及每日平均心理护理次数均呈现逐渐升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).(3)患者住院天数、住院总费用以及死亡率均呈现逐渐下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于急性农药中毒的患者,制定专科护理、延长病情观察时间、增加基础护理和心理护理次数,有利于提高临床治疗效果,减少患者经济费用支出.

Nursing experience analysis in 104 cases of acute pesticide poisoning

Objective To study the effect of different nursing intervention methods on prognosis of patients with acute pesticide poisoning.Methods With the retrospective analysis method,104 hospitalized patients diagnosed as acute pesticide poisoning in our hospital were collected.Compared general data,nursing intervention modes and the condition in hospital.Results (1) The number of patients with acute pesticide poisoning every year showed a trend of gradual decline.The proportion between men and women was similar,and most patients were middle-aged.There were no statistically significant differences in vital signs among patients during three different periods.(2) Average daily observation time,average daily basic nursing times and average daily psychological nursing times all showed a gradual rising trend,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).(3) Hospitalization days,total hospitalization expenses,and the mortality of patients all showed a trend of gradual decline,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Making specific nursing,prolonging observation time of illness,and increasing times of basic nursing and psychological nursing,are helpful to improve clinical treatment effect and reduce economic costs for patients with acute pesticide poisoning.
