旋动式人工流产463例临床观察

目的 探讨旋动式人工流产手术的疗效.方法 按照人工流产的常规对463例早孕孕妇自愿要求终止妊娠者施行旋动式人工流产术(观察组),并与随机抽取的489例负压吸引人工流产术(对照组)做对比分析.结果 观察组手术时间为(4.30±0.75) min,长于对照组的(3.80±0.42) min,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组术中出血量为(7.17±2.32) ml,少于对照组的(10.52±3.21) ml,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);术后流血时间观察组为(28.9±6.3)d,长于对照组的(17.4±4.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);术后月经复潮时间观察组为(36.4±7.4)d,对照组为(39.5±7.8)d,两者差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组术后残留37例,对照组残留17例;观察组月经减少4例,对照组月经减少12例.结论 旋动式人工流产手术是一种可行的新型人工流产方式,但旋动环有待改进.

463 cases of rotary abortion

Objective To investigate the efficacy of rotary abortion surgery.Methods According to the artificial abortion convention,463 pregnant women in early pregnancy volunteered to terminate pregnancy took rotary abortion.489 women taking artificial abortion-vacuum aspiration were randomly selected.The results were compared between these two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative bleeding time,and menses returning time were (4.30±0.75) min,(7.17±2.32) ml,(28.9±6.3) d,and (36.4±7.4)d in the observation group and were (3.80±0.42) min,(10.52±3.21) ml,(17.4±4.2) d,and (39.5±7.8) d in the control group.37 cases got residual in observation group and 17 in the control group after the operation.4 got hypomenorrhea in observation group and 12 in the control group.Conclusions Rotary abortion is a new type of feasible artificial abortion but should be improved.
