双硫仑样反应的应急处置与护理

目的 阐明双硫仑样反应的临床表现和处理方法,医护人员对双硫仑样反应的认知水平.方法 对本院口腔科2011-2013年诊治的8例双硫仑样反应病例进行回顾性分析.结果 8例患者中,5例症状较轻,嘱其多饮水并密切观察生命体征,2～24h内恢复正常;3例症状较重的患者静脉推注地塞米松10 mg,静脉滴注平衡液1 000ml,心电监护并密切观察生命体征,持续低流量吸氧24 h后恢复正常.结论 发生双硫仑样反应的患者,诊断时结合抗生素的使用和喝酒史,同时排除器质性病变.及时对症处理和加强护理,预后良好.

Emergency treatment and nursing care of disulfirm-like reaction

Objective To clarify the clinical manifestations and management of disulfirm-like reaction and to enhance medical workers' awareness for it.Methods 8 patients with disulfirm-like reaction diagnosed and treated at the department of stomatology at our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 8 patients,5 patients' symptoms were mild;they could recover to normal within 2-24 hours drinking much water and intimately observing vital signs;3 patients with severe symptoms were intravenously injected 10 mg dexamethasone,intravenously dripped 1 000 ml Lactated Ringer's solution,monitored with electrocardiograph,and continuously inhaled low-flow oxygen and their vital signs were closely observed for 24 hours,and they were all recovered.Conclusions Patients with disulfirm-like reaction can be diagnosed from antibiotics use and alcohol-drinking history and excluding organic diseases and get good prognosis by symptomatic treatment and intensive nursing care.
