新生大鼠低血糖所致代谢紊乱与非酒精性脂肪肝相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨新生大鼠低血糖所致代谢紊乱与非酒精性脂肪肝的相关性.方法 选取20只成熟雌性大鼠与10只成熟雄性大鼠,于笼中交配,从新生仔鼠中随机选取40只,随机分为A组(正常血糖+正常饮食)、B组(正常血糖+高脂饮食)、C组(低血糖+正常饮食)、D组(低血糖+高脂饮食),喂养20周后处死,测量四组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TCH)、脂肪酸、三酰甘油(TG)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT).取大鼠肝组织作病理检查,判定炎症活动和脂肪肝变.结果 A组HOMA-IR、FBG、FINS、脂肪酸、TG、AST、ALT、炎症指数、脂肪变指数水平均低于B组、C组、D组,D组HOMA-IR、FBG、FINS、脂肪酸、TG、AST、ALT、炎症指数、脂肪变指数均高于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组、C组HOMA-IR、FBG、FINS、脂肪酸、TG、AST、ALT、炎症指数、脂肪变指数水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组和C组TCH水平均低于B组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组与C组,B组与D组TCH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 新生大鼠低血糖所致代谢紊乱可导致非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化发生.

Correlation between metabolic disorders induced hypoglycemia and nonalcoholic fatty liver in neonatal rats
Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between metabolic disorders induced hypoglycemia and nonalcoholic fatty liver in neonatal rats.Methods 20 mature female rats and 10 adult male rats were selected and kept in a cage for mating.40 newborn mice were randomly selected and randomly divided into group A (normal blood glucose + normal diet),group B (normal blood glucose and high cholesterol diet),group C (low blood glucose + normal diet),and D group (low blood glucose and high cholesterol diet).40 mice were killed after being fed for 20 weeks.The fasting blood glucose (FBG),fasting insulin (FINS),total cholesterol (TCH),fatty acids,triglycerides (TG),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were test in these 4 groups.All the rats' liver tissue were pathologically examined to determine inflammatory activity and fatty liver change.Results HOMA-IR,FBG,FINS,fatty acids,TG,AST,ALT,inflammation index,steatosis index level were lower in group A than in group B,group C,and group D and were higher in group D than in group A,group B,and group C,with statistical differences (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in HOMA-IR,FBG,FINS,fatty acids,TG,AST,ALT,inflammation index,and steatosis index level between group B and group C (P>0.05).The level of TCH was lower in group A and group C than in group B and group D (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the level of TCH between group A and group C and between group B and group D (P>0.05).Conclusion Hypoglycemia-induced metabolic disorders can lead to nonalcoholic cirrhosis in neonatal rats.
