手术室护理不安全因素分析与防范措施探讨

目的 探讨手术室护理不安全因素与防范措施.方法 选择2014年4月至2015年4月本院实施手术室安全管理质量控制后于本院行手术治疗的134例患者作为观察组,同时选择2013年4月至2014年3月本院实施管理控制活动前的134例患者作为对照组.回顾性分析患者手术过程中手术室护理情况,记录两组发生术后不良事件的情况,总结分析手术室护理不安全因素与防范措施.结果 观察组4例发生术后不良事件,发生率2.98％.对照组14例发生不良事件,发生率10.45％;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).手术室护理不安全因素主要包括工作环境、护理人员、人力资源不足、医院管理缺陷等因素.结论 通过加强护理管理制度的健全和完善,进一步建立长效的沟通和交流机制,避开手术室护理不安全因素,以提高手术室护理效果,从而提高医院医疗水平.

Unsafe factors and preventive measures of nursing care at operation room

Objective To explore the unsafe factors and preventive measures of nursing care at operation room.Methods 134 patients who underwent surgical treatment after implementing the quality control of safety management at the operation room at our hospital from April,2014 to April,2015 were selected as an observation group and 134 patients before implementation from April,2013 to March,2014 a control group.The intra-operative nursing situation at the operation room was retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of adverse events after operation in both groups was recorded.The unsafe factors and preventive measures of nursing care at the operation room were summarized and analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse events after operation was 2.98％ (4/134) in the observation group and was 10.45％ (14/134) in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The unsafe factors of nursing care at operation room mainly included working environment,nursing staff,human resources,hospital management defects,and so on.Conclusions Improving nursing care management system,establishing a long-term communication and exchange mechanism,avoiding the unsafe factors of nursing care at operation room can improve the nursing effect at operation room and the hospital's medical care level.
