早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后患者腹胀的影响

目的 探讨早期护理干预措施对妇科腹腔镜手术后患者腹胀的影响.方法 选取2014年3月至2016年4月在本院进行腹腔镜手术的妇科疾病患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例.对照组患者给予传统常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组常规护理的基础上再施加早期护理干预措施,包括饮食干预、艾灸穴位、早期锻练和心理辅导等.观察两组患者术后腹胀发生率,出现肛门排气的时间.结果 观察组腹胀率为21.43％,对照组腹胀率为61.43％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组患者腹胀程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组患者排气时间明显早于对照组(29.45±4.20)h vs.(42.63±4.78)h],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 早期护理干预能够有效降低妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀率,帮助患者及早排气,恢复胃肠功能.

Effect of early nursing intervention on abdominal distension of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention measures on abdominal distension of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 140 patients with gynecological disease undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.Control group received traditional routine nursing measures,and observation group received early nursing intervention measures on the basis of control group,including diet intervention,moxibustion acupuncture points,early exercise,and psychological counseling,etc.The incidence of abdominal distension after operation and anal exhaust time were observed.Results The rate of abdominal distension in observation group was 21.43％,61.43％ in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01);the degree of abdominal distension in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01).Anal exhaust time of observation group was shorter than that of control group (29.45±4.20)h vs.(42.63±4.78)h],with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can effectively decrease the rate of abdominal distention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,help patients early exhaust,gastrointestinal function recovery.
