ICU成立CRRT专业护理小组效果分析

目的 探讨ICU中连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)专业护理小组治疗效果.方法 在ICU中成立专业护理小组,定期对其进行培训及考核,比较其成立前后理论、技能评分,CRRT护理相关性并发症发生率及急性肾功能损伤(AKI)患者进行CRRT平均上机时间.结果 专业护理小组成立后,其理论及技能考核成绩均明显高于成立前,分别为(85.8±10.2)分与(90.3±6.8)分,成立前理论与技能评分分别为(68.9±15.3)与(77.5±8.4),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).专业护理小组成立后CRRT护理相关性并发症发生率由9.09％降低至2.46％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);AKI患者进行CRRT治疗上机时间由(168.5±23.7)h缩短至(144.6±18.9)h,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 在ICU成立CRRT专业护理小组后,护理人员理论及技能水平明显提高,护理相关并发症发生率明显下降,显著缩短了患者进行CRRT治疗时间.

CRRT professional nursing team at ICU

Object To explore the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) professional nursing team at intensive care unit (ICU).Methods A professional nursing team was established at ICU.Theory and skill training courses were provide for the team members.The scores of theory and skill knowledge in CRRT,the incidence CRRT nursing associated complications,and the total CRRT time for acute kidney injury (AKI) patients were compared between before and after the establishment of CRRT professional nursing team.Results The scores of theory and skill knowledge were higher after than before establishing professional nursing team (85.8±10.2) vs.(68.9±15.3) and (90.3±6.8) vs.(77.5±8.4)],with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of CRRT nursing related complications decreased from 9.09％ to 2.46％,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The total CRRT time for acute kidney injury (AKI) patients decreased from (168.5±23.7) hours to (144.6±18.9) hours,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions After the establishment of CRRT professional nursing team,the nursing staff's theory and skill levels were increased,the incidence of nursing associated complications decreased,and the total CRRT time of AKI patients shortened.
