异甘草酸镁对巨细胞病毒肝炎患儿肝功能生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的 探究异甘草酸镁对巨细胞病毒肝炎患儿肝功能生化指标的影响.方法 基于本院自2014年12月至2015年12月期间收治的50例巨细胞病毒肝炎患儿的临床资料,按照临床治疗方式的不同,分为观察组(行异甘草酸镁治疗)和对照组(行更昔洛韦治疗),各25例.观察比较两组患儿肝功能生化指标的变化情况、综合临床治疗效果情况以及药物不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组25例患儿的肝功能生化指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92%,明显优于对照组的72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应率为20%,明显低于对照组的48% (P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 对巨细胞病毒肝炎患儿进行异甘草酸镁治疗,能够有效优化患儿的肝功能生化指标,提升临床疗效,且有效地降低患儿的药物不良反应发生率,值得推荐.

Effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on biochemical indexes of liver function in children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the biochemical indexes of liver function in children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis.Methods 50 children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis treated at our hospital from December,2014 to December,2015 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different clinical treatment methods,25 for each group.The observation group were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and the control group ganciclovir.The biochemical indexes of liver function,comprehensive clinical therapeutic effect,and incidence of adverse drug reaction were compared between these two groups.Results The biochemical indexes of liver function were better in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05),with statistical differences.The total effective rate was 92% in the observation group and 72% in the control group (P < 0.05),with a statistical difference.The incidence of adverse drug reactions were 20% in the observation group and 48% in the control group (P < 0.05),with a statistical difference.Conclusions Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis can effectively improve the children's biochemical indicators of liver function,increase clinical efficacy,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Therefore,it is worth for recommendation.
