血浆B型钠尿肽在妊娠期高血压患者中的表达及与心脏功能的相关性研究

目的 探究血浆B型钠尿肽在妊娠期高血压患者中的表达和与心功能的相关性进行研究,评价血浆B型钠尿肽在临床治疗中的诊断价值.方法 选择本院收治的妊娠期高血压病患者113例和同期健康妊娠女性20例作为对照,将妊娠期高血压患者按照患病的情况分为妊娠期高血压患者46例、轻度子痫前期患者35例、重度子痫前期患者23例、并发心力衰竭重度子痫前期9例.分别测定患者的血浆BNP的水平和高血压各个时期的心功能的状态等;分析血浆BNP的水平与患者心功能等级的关系.结果 妊娠期高血压患者BNP水平为(106.7±28.5) pg/ml、轻度子痫前患者为(135.8±34.4) pg/ml、重度子痫前患者为(315.9±42.6) pg/ml、并发心力衰竭重度子痫前患者为(1 473.6±351.6) pg/ml,患者的BNP水平随着病情的加重在逐渐的上升,并发心力衰竭重度子痫前期患者的BNP水平随着心功能等级的增加在不断地加重,与心功能等级存在正相关.结论 血浆BNP随着患者心功能等级的增加而上升,在妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床诊治等方面具有重要的临床意义.

Expression of plasma B type natriuretic peptide in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and its correlation with cardiac function

Objective To explore the correlation between the expression of plasma B type natriuretic peptide and cardiac function in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,and to evaluate the diagnostic value of plasma B type natriuretic peptide in clinical treatment.Methods 113 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension and 20 health pregnant women admitted to our hospital were chosen,patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension were divided into 46 cases of hypertension of pregnancy,35 cases of mild preeclampsia,23 cases of severe preeclampsia,9 cases of heart failure complicated with severe preeclampsia in accordance with the illness.The level of plasma BNP and the state of cardiac function in each period of hypertension were measured respectively.Analyzed the relationship between the level of plasma BNP and the level of cardiac function in patients.Results The level of plasma BNP in patients with hypertension of pregnancy,mild preeclampsia,severe preeclampsia,heart failure complicated with severe preeclampsia were (106.7±28.5),(135.8±34.4),(315.9±42.6),(1 473.6±351.6) pg/ml,BNP level in patients gradually increased with the exacerbation of the disease,BNP level in patients with heart failure complicated with severe preeclampsia gradually increased with the increase of cardiac function grade,positively correlated with cardiac function grade.Conclusion Plasma BNP increased with the increase of cardiac function grade,had important clinical significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
