| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三种留管方式的经皮肾镜取石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)术后护理体会及临床意义.方法 按照留管方式将行PCNL治疗上尿路结石的患者分为三组:常规组,部分无管组和完全无管组,比较三组血红蛋白、术后尿管留置时间、术后并发症等之间的差异.结果 所有患者均完成手术.三组患者一般临床资料比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);三组患者术后生命体征、尿管停留时间、术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 由于不同留管方式PCNL的手术特点,术后护理重点有差异性,需区别对待.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the nursing experience and significance of different tubing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL).Methods Patients with upper urinary stones treated with PCNL were divided into three groups according to the way of tubing:conventional group,partial non-tubing group,total nontubing group.The haemoglobin,the time of indwelling catheter,complications of three groups were analyzed.Results All patients completed the operation.There was no statistically significant difference in baseline information among three groups (P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in postoperative vital sign,the time of indwelling catheter,the incidence of complications among three groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion There were difference in nursing focus among different tubing of PCNL. |
