动机性访谈对健康体检结果异常者遵医行为的影响

目的 探讨动机性访谈(Motivational Interviewing,MI)对健康体检结果异常者遵医行为的影响.方法 按随机法把58例体检者分为干预组和对照组,各29例;对照组给予常规延缓护理,干预组采用已制订的MI干预;3个月后比较体检者遵医率、遵医行为及对延缓服务满意度情况.结果 干预后干预组体检者遵医率平均为80.46％、完全遵医行为达82.76％、对延缓服务满意度为100.00％,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜ 0.01).结论 MI干预能有效改变体检者的不良行为,提高遵医依从性,以及提升体检者对体检后延续服务的满意度.

Influence of motivational interviewing on compliance behaviors in people who have abnormal health examination results

Objective To explore the influence of motivational interviewing (MI) on compliance behaviors in people who have abnormal health examination results.Methods 58 examinees were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,29 for each group.The control group accepted conventional delayed care while the intervention group accepted designed MI intervention.Three months later,the compliance rate,medical compliance behavior,and satisfaction to delay care service were compared between these two groups.Results After the intervention,the rate compliance,compliance behaviors,satisfaction to delay care service were 80.46％,82.76％,and 100.00％ in the intervention group,which were statistically different from those in the control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion MI intervention can help examinees to correct behaviors,improve medical compliance behavior,and increase their satisfaction to the following delay care service.
