妊娠期用药对胎儿的影响与危害性初步研究

目的 研究分析妊娠期用药对胎儿的影响及危害性.方法 择取2013年1月至2014年1月于本院用药干预的130例孕妇,回顾性探析用药干预对胎儿的影响及危害性.结果 全部孕妇均严格遵守美国食品和药品管理局(FDA)的标准,并结合妊娠期时间谨慎用药,分娩后胎儿均正常,均未出现畸形、异常症状,短期内无严重后果.结论 临床应该严格掌握孕妇的用药禁忌,了解药物对胎儿的影响,结合妊娠期谨慎用药,确保孕妇及胎儿的健康及安全.

A preliminary study on effect and harmfulness of medication during pregnancy on fetus

Objective To study the influence and harmfulness of medication during pregnancy on fetus.Methods 130 pregnant women received drug intervention at our hospital from January,2013 to January,2014 were chosen.The influence and harmfulness of medication during pregnancy on fetus were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the pregnant women strictly abided the standards of U.S.Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and took cautious medication during pregnancy period.After delivery,all the fetus were normal.No anomalies and abnormal symptoms occurred.No serious consequences were found in short term.Conclusions Drug use should be strictly controlled for pregnant women.The impact of drugs on fetus should be understood.Drugs should be cautiously used during pregnancy so as to make sure that the pregnant women and the fetus are safe and healthy.
