| 摘 要： | 目的 膝关节置换术病人术后通过规范化功能锻炼,观察其对病人膝关节功能恢复的影响.方法 把50例全膝关节置换术的病人设为实验组,实验组病人术后给予规范化功能锻炼,与上年度50例全膝关节置换术病人做比较,比较两组病人术后患侧膝关节功能恢复的情况.结果 术前膝关节评分和膝关节功能评分两组间无统计学差异(P＞0.05);两组膝关节评分和膝关节功能评分术后2周有显著改善(P＜0.01);术后2周两组膝关节评分和膝关节功能评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 全膝关节置换术后病人采取规范化功能锻炼,对于膝关节功能的恢复有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of standardization functional exercise on knee joint functional recovery of patients after total knee arthroplasty.Methods 50 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty as experimental group received postoperative standardization functional exercise,compared with 50 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty previous year.Compared postoperative function recovery of knee joint of two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in knee joint score and knee joint function score before surgery between two groups (P＞0.05),knee joint score and knee joint function score significantly improved 2 weeks after surgery in both two groups (P＜0.01),there were statistically significant differences in knee joint score and knee joint function score 2 weeks after surgery between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Standardized functional exercise has important significance for the recovery of knee joint function in patients after total knee arthroplasty. |
