采用宫腔镜治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤的护理体会

目的 分析及对比全面整体护理与常规护理在宫腔镜治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤患者中的护理效果.方法 收集本院2013年10月至2015年10月接诊的160例子宫粘膜下肌瘤患者进行临床研究,所有患者均行宫腔镜电切术进行治疗.将所有患者随机分成对照组与研究组,每组80例.对照组患者给予常规护理服务,研究组患者则给予全面整体的围术期护理干预.观察和记录两组患者的手术操作时间、术后下床活动时间、住院天数及护理满意度等指标,并进行比较分析.结果 研究组患者的手术操作时间、术后下床活动时间及住院天数分别为(40.84±10.46) min、(8.76±3.35)h、(4.13± 1.75)d,均显著低于对照组的(53.51±16.12)min、(12.46±5.51)h、(5.74±2.86)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组的护理满意度为(97.50％),显著高于对照组的(73.75％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 子宫粘膜下肌瘤患者采用宫腔镜电切术进行治疗疗效显著,而给予患者科学合理的围术期护理干预,能够有效促进患者的术后恢复,提高患者的护理满意度.

Nursing experience of hysteroscopy in the treatment of submucosal leiomyoma of the uterus

Objective To analyze and compare the nursing care effect of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing in patients with submucous myoma of uterus treated with hysteroscopy.Methods 160 patients with submucosal leiomyoma of the uterus in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects,all patients underwent hysteroscopic surgery.All patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 80 cases in each group.80 patients in control group were given routine nursing care,while 80 patients in study group were given comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention.The operation time,postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction degree of two groups were observed and compared.Results The operation time,postoperative ambulation time,and hospitalization time of study group were (40.84±10.46)min,(8.76±3.35)h,(4.13±1.75)d,significantly shorter than (53.51±16.12)min,(12.46±5.51)h,(5.74±2.86)d of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree in study group was 97.50％,significantly higher than 73.75％ in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of submucosal leiomyoma of the uterus is significant,and reasonable perioperative nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of patients after surgery and the nursing satisfaction degree.
