全程优质护理干预对产妇产后哺乳技能与纯母乳喂养的影响分析

目的 观察分析全程优质护理干预对产妇产后哺乳技能与纯母乳喂养的影响.方法 选取本院2014年2月至2015年2月收治的110例产妇,运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组(n=55)及对照组(n=55);对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理干预,观察分析两组产妇产后哺乳技能与纯母乳喂养情况.结果 观察组产妇产后6周、3个月哺乳技能评分分别为(33.81±2.34)分、(34.51±2.45)分,高于对照组的(31.01±3.13)分、(31.20±4.42)分,产后3d、6周、3个月纯母乳喂养率分别为32.73％、54.55％、63.64％,高于对照组的20.00％、23.64％、29.09％ (P＜0.05).结论 对产妇产后加强全程优质护理干预,可提高产妇对产后纯母乳喂养的认识,掌握哺乳技能,提高纯母乳喂养率,值得临床推广应用.

Influence of full quality nursing intervention on maternal postpartum nursing skill and pure breastfeeding

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of full quality nursing intervention on postpartum nursing skill and pure breastfeeding.Methods 110 puerperae treated at our hospital from February,2014 to February,2015 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group (n=55) and a control group (n=55) using two color random grouping method.The control group were routinely cared and the observation group were intervened with full quality nursing.The postpartum nursing skill and pure breastfeeding situation were observed and analyzed in both groups.Results 6 weeks and 3 months after delivery,the nursing skill scores were (33.81±2.34) and (34.51 ±2.45) in the observation group and were (31.01±3.13) and (31.20±4.42) in the control group;3 days,6 weeks,and 3 months after delivery,the exclusive breastfeeding rates were 32.73％,54.55％,and 63.64％ in the observation group and were 20.00％,23.64％,and 29.09％ in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Full quality nursing intervention for puerperae after delivery can improve their knowledge about breastfeeding,help them command nursing skill,and increase breastfeeding rate,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
