醒脑静联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血患者效果分析

目的 评价醒脑静联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑出血(ACH)的效果.方法 将2013年12月至2015年11月于本院就诊的130例ACH患者随机分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例),两组均给予醒脑静注射液治疗,观察组加用依达拉奉注射液.比较两组临床疗效.结果 与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平以及CSS评分均显著下降(P＜0.05),BI指数明显上升(P＜0.05),而观察组变化幅度更大,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组愈显率84.61％,对照组66.15％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 醒脑静联合依达拉奉注射液可有效提高ACH的临床疗效,促进神经功能恢复,改善ADL,值得在临床上大力推广.

Xingnaojing combined with edaravone injection for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone injection for acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH).Methods 130 patients with ACH treated at our hospital from December,2013 to November,2015 were randomly divided into a control group (65 cases) and an observation group (65 cases).Both groups were treated with Xingnaojing injection;in addition,the observation group were treated with edaravone injection.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Results The serum levels ofhs-CRP and IL-6 and CSS score were significantly lower and BI index higher after than before the treatment in both groups and in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The markedly effective rate was 84.61％ in the observation group and 66.15％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Xingnaojing combined with edaravone injection can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of ACH,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve ADL,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
