微信平台在护理人员培训中的应用效果观察

目的 探讨应用微信平台在护理人员培训中的效果.方法 将本科2个病区共28名护士,以科室为单位分为实验组和对照组,每组14名.实验时间2014年8月1日至2015年4月30日,对照组用传统的集中培训法,实验组用微信平台培训法,比较两组效果.结果 两组护士用两种培训方法在提高学习兴趣、提高护理综合水平、拓展知识领域、培养自主学习能力方面存在统计学差异(P＜0.05);实验组护理理论成绩明显提高,由(85.88±7.64)分提高到(90.56±6.52)分,护理部月质量检查通过率由(95.34±6.43)％提高到(97.84±4.55)％.结论 在护士培训中采用微信平台培训方式,可提高护士综合能力,增加护士学习兴趣,提高临床护理质量,适应社会对护理服务的需求.

WeChat platform for nursing staff training

Objective To study the effect of WeChat platform for nursing staff training.Methods 28 nurses from 2 wards at our department were divided into an experimental group and a control group,14 nurses for each group.The experimental time were from August 1st,2014 to April 30th,2015.The control group trained with traditional centralized training method and the experimental group with WeChat platform training method.The effects were compared between these two groups.Results There were statistical differences in improving leaming interest,improving general nursing level,expanding knowledge,and cultivating autonomous learning ability between these two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing theory score was increased from (85.88±7.64) to (90.56±6.52) and the past rate of monthly quality inspection at nursing department from (95.34±6.43)％ to (97.84±4.55)％ in the experimental group.Conclusions WeChat platform for nursing staff training can improve nurses' comprehensive ability,increaseg their study interest,improve the quality of clinical nursing,and adapt to the social demand for care services.
